Refund policy

We have a NO return policy, which means returns are not offered for items due to changing your mind, not liking the content of the book you read, overspending your budget or any other reason mother than book was damaged in shipment. 


To request a return due to damages or incorrect items received, you can contact us at tybrbooks@gmail.com.  Please include clear photos of the item(s) damaged, the shipping container and the shipping label.  Claims will be filed with the shipping company and returns will not be accepted until claim is settled.  Claims for missing packages cannot be filed until 15 days have passed since expected arrival of items.  Please note that once returns have been approved, items will need to be sent to the following address: [RETURNS, 1046 US Hwy 259 S, De Kalb, TX 75559]  Items received without return authorization will not be returned to sender.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exchanges
Due to the fast turnover of our inventory, the same item may not be available at the time you wish an exchange.  The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.  Quantity of items in inventory is not guaranteed.

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
